As we prepare for our August 2026 launch, we are seeking a core team of educators to join our Founders in leading our first team of Navigators. We are looking for individuals who wish to grow alongside our Academy in the following roles:
Master Mentors (Lead Teachers)
Classical Humanities & Rhetoric Teacher
A lead role for a mentor passionate about the Great Conversation. You will guide students through literature, history, and the Socratic method, helping them develop clear, persuasive communication and logical reasoning.
Quantitative Logic & Sciences Teacher
A lead role for a mentor who views mathematics and science through the lens of the Quadrivium. You will guide students in moving from foundational concepts to real-world application and systems thinking.
Apprentice Mentors (Aides)
Upper School Humanities Aide (Grades 7–12)
Supporting the lead mentors in the Upper School segment. This role focuses on helping students manage their “Individual Quests,” facilitating quiet study, and maintaining the sanctuary’s atmosphere of focus.
Lower School Artisan Aide (Grades 3–6)
Supporting the lead mentors in the foundational years. This role is hands-on, assisting with literacy, hand-crafts, and guiding younger students as they move from Exposure to Apprenticeship.

We welcome conversations with individuals gifted in organization who can support the daily rhythm, ensuring our sanctuary remains a place of calm focus and professional stewardship.
